And, not inconsequential to this point is that unemployment is a "social" problem-with adverse social consequences---86% of Americans believe that "anybody wanting to work, should be able to find a job".... We are a democracy, and we, as the larger society, have a solemn responsibility and the "legal authorization" on the books, to provide employment to any American wanting to work.
