Classified information- Mil. R. Evid. 505 is amended to significantly restructure the rule to bring greater clarity and regularity to military practice. The changes focus primarily on expanding the military judge's explicit authority to conduct ex parte pretrial conferences in connection with classified information.Rule 506.
