This is the English version of the book "Investir em Imobiliário: do 0 ao Milhão" a hit in Portugal, written by the one and only Artur Mariano, PhD. Artur Mariano, PhD started to invest in real estate since a young age, through REITs at first, and then by buying physical properties. He has been investing for more than a decade, now and he and holds a portfolio of dozens of units through his holding. He also co-founded ArrowPlus, a real estate company that offers a variety of services, and serves as a Real Estate analyst at Empiricus, writing through ArrowPlus. He also writes several articles that are featured in the Portuguese media. This book aims at improving the knowledge of all real estate investors, and based on that, their success. Literally from 0 to the million, the book presents several tools that include efficient property search, relationship with the main players of the industry, such as lenders, agents and tenants, and forms to structure a portfolio, and the steps to achieve a millionaire portfolio. The book is based on the author's personal experience and was adapted to be country-independent, as the original version was written specifically to the Portuguese market.
