He is delighted to have his cousins Sophie and Emma visit him on his birthday and join him flying a kite! The cousins are experiencing the power of the wind and how challenging and fun it is flying a kite. The young child will also embrace and enjoy such experience with joy. The story is whimsical! The story is about the fun and joyful fun time. Learning occurs when children are involved. Playing is cognitively stimulating and it is imperative and necessary for the healthy growth and development of children. Enzo entices and invites the reader into joining him and his cousins, sharing with them the fun of flying a kite. The witty presentation of this story is to evoke the sense of playing along with learning while having fun. Enzo is actively involved. Sophie and Emma are also absorbed in having fun while they are flying their kites and challenging the force of the wind. It gives them great satisfaction knowing that they are participants.
