Schulz was born in Cali, a large city in Colombia, South America, although he was raised in Broward County Florida. Jorge served four years in the Army and twenty in the Navy where he served two tours in Iraq. He is a graduate from Averette University with a B.S. in Sociology. Jorge also wrote and self-published Unconquered 2295. When Jorge is not writing, he loves to kayak, fish, read, and go horseback riding. Jorge now resides in Palmetto Florida.
