Diaper fetishism, nappy fetishism or diaperism, is a type of garment fetish or paraphilic infantilism. A person with a diaper fetish derives pleasure from the diaper and/or use of it. Being forced to wear diapers as a form of humiliation was sometimes a behaviour encountered in sexual masochism. Both men and women can practice diaper fetishes, both inside and outside a relationship. While this clothing fetish is obscure, diaper fetishists engage in the behaviour privately or with a partner who shares a mutual interest in the fetish.Many consider Infantilism as a form of Paedophilia but it has nothing to do with children; far from it. People who practice Infantilism are mature adults who have a fetish for the wearing of adult diapers and adult clothes of a style worn by babies or small children. Many companies cater for this clothing fetish and produce adult clothes in the same or similar style to babies and small children. For those who practice Infantilism, it becomes a lifestyle for them and their partner if they have one. I was severely injured in a car accident in 1978 and was forced to wear adult nappies/diapers for several months during treatment. As a result of my injuries, I became incontinent and although only 29 years old, I had to wear a nappy or diaper 24/7. I had entered military service at that time and was to be medically discharged so hid my problem from the medical staff, claiming a miracle cure, but in fact still wore them secretly under my uniform and work clothing. I served 25 years in the military as a diaper wearer. I did not consider this as deceitful as I loved my job; being in the military was my chosen career and I was also good at my trade. Of course it caused problems at times, but I was always cautious and was never caught wearing a nappy/diaper. However, wearing a nappy did cause problems in my personal life. My partner of 35 years finally decided she could not handle my wearing nappy/diapers any longer and we separated in 2005. One of the reasons for that was that disposable diapers had not developed to the stage they have now. Most available nappies or diapers were made of clothe and waterproof pants were rudimentary at best. The required maintenance of cloth nappies/diapers was constant; not pleasant for my wife who did not wear them.It was around the time of my separation that I discovered internet websites for Diaper Lovers and Adult Babies. I also discovered websites that sold adult diapers and clothing specifically designed to assist the wearers of adult diapers to either hide their diapers or to contain your diapers within your clothing and not allow them to be seen. Diapers had been my lifestyle for over 25 years and something that would stay with me for life. It was not a choice; it was fact. I had accepted my fate quite early on and to be honest I would have been lost without wearing them even if I did not need to; they had become part of my life immediately after the accident in 1978. Since discovering the websites for AB/DL supplies and clothing, my life changed. I started to meet others with similar problems or those who wore for pleasure or for the practice of Infantilism. I have now met many men who like to be a daddy to younger men or women who like to be a mummy to men or younger youth and boys. When I use the term boys, I am always talking of youths who are above the age of 18 years and capable of making up their own mind as to their sexuality and clothing fetish. This book is a collection of short stories aimed at bedtime stories for Adult Babies; a fantasy world for men or women who like the world of Infantilism and their daddies or mummies. Each story is short enough to be read in its entirety before tucking their baby son or daughter into bed. There are 14 bedtime stories in all; one for each night of the fortnight and I hope you all enjoy them as much as I enjoyed writing them.
