Also, it identifies and synopsizes other regulations that provide detailed facilities management policy. This regulation applies to the Active Army, the Army National Guard/Army National Guard of the United States, and the U.S. Army Reserve. This book is a terrific source for sound, cost-effective energy management and investment practices to enhance the DoD's energy security and environmental stewardship. Depending on the military installation location, well-planned energy and water use savings can represent thousands to hundreds-of thousands dollars each year, and many can be achieved with minimal cash outlays. Why buy a book you can download for free? We print this book so you don't have to. First you gotta find a good clean (legible) copy and make sure it's the latest version (not always easy).
