This is a breathtaking emotional real-life story of a young poor African American child with native American genes, growing up in Virginia during the late '50s, which was not an easy time for African American. His mother passed away when he was 5 years old. The story elaborates on the trials and tribulation he went through, trying to survive, on his own, after being separated from his family, ending up living with his ill grandmother. Trying to make his way in the world in a wheelchair the best as he can. You know in the trials and tribulations that life brings. How can I tell what was going through my mind as a child? The biggest tragedy happens in 1999 when he was involved in, a traffic accident that left him paralyzes from the chest down, with no movements in the upper and lower extremist, trying to survive with his disability in a foreign country.
