Time Gives Birth to Champions takes him from his earliest days, through his time at university. He writes of a world where getting a job at a construction site for less than 25 cents an hour is a triumph, as it allows him to have money for food, while he waits for his next college term to start. It is a world where the expanse of poverty and lack of opportunity is unknown to those in the developed world. In a steadfast and determined way, with great hope and unwavering perseverance, he achieves his goals, one struggle at a time.
