How did the United States manage the war and the settlement? What were the Palmer Raids? Who was Colonel Ed House, and was he a real Colonel? Did Colonel Roosevelt have anything to do with the United States deciding to go in, and go "over there?" Mike Donovan tries to answer these and many other questions with this useful book.
