This Volume is the third in a series of books regarding the revised Ambrosian Rite. It has been designed to be used as a companion missal by those participating in the Rite or as a reference book to those who are interested in the study of the Liturgy. Of great interest are the venerable and ancient rites of the Imposition of the Subcinctorium and also the Ambrosian Pallium. Within the Appendix found at the end of the book, there are copies of the very ancient Oath of Fealty and Obedience for the Bishop which dates back to the 8th century. Second is the Oath against Modernism which is of recent penmanship dating from the early 1900s.
