The year is 2020, and the country is pulling itself apart, trying to find the balance it used to enjoy for hundreds of years. The country's youth are fast becoming known as the "Me" generation: What's in it for me? How do I get anything out of it for me? Drug usage is at an all-time high, and crime is skyrocketing. The extreme rise in crime can be understood, but the desires by our youth for this lifestyle, given the old adage of supply and demand, have made incidents of illegal activities grow faster than even the crime lords can supply it. As the crime lords watch a swift growth in their markets, they organize to meet the demand and form the Cartel. The crime kingpins think of it as doing good for the world and even run a Cartel candidate for president. But then the country elects Medal of Honor war hero Arnold Clayton as President of the United States. When you first meet Clayton, you think he is your long-lost brother. In his first days in office, Clayton convenes top representatives of his crime-fighting agencies, along with his best friend, retired U.S. Army Special Forces Col. Jacob Stone. Together, they will research, plot, and take down the Cartel piece by piece. As he tells his team, "Today will go down in history as the day we the people started to take back our country."
