The proposed model is based on the attraction of positively charged nuclei to a massive negative charge localized between the nuclei. The negative charge is represented by compact, massive pairs of electrons bound by a specific contact interaction. These pairs are located in ring-shaped orbits. This model complements the concepts of traditional nuclear physics. Currently, cold nuclear reactions determine the development of the scientific and technological revolution.
