The blocks are assembled by The Chosen, and each of the Chosen is the block itself, which actually contains the entire tower. The 144,000 among the Jews that were chosen to fulfill a certain task had, in fact, every one of the 144,000 chosen within himself. Over the span of an Age the tower is built, and when the tower is completed, Jews are again released from the heavens, and a new Age begins.
