The Adventures of Left-Hand Island is about a group of 5 year old children who are on a mysterious island shaped like a left hand. The children are still deep in the snowy Middle Peninsula tip. They are now exploring a region that is very much like the South Pole, or Antarctica, with its unique wildlife. Unbeknownst to the children, they are being secretly hunted by a mythological monster that is as ugly-hearted as it looks.These books are intended to be read to children in those precious bonding years and will also serve to delight early readers. The books are written in an appealing rhyming cadence which makes them as much fun to read as well as to listen. Every book in this series is a delightful weave of fact and fantasy while being highly entertaining and informative.
