I am a sheep, and the Lord is my Shepherd. He makes me lie down in green pastures and beside peaceful streams. And yet, when I walked through the valley of the shadow of death, I was afraid.

I was very, very afraid. Life is unexpected. One day, you're at the beach taking cute photos in the ocean with your husband. You're having the most perfect Anniversary getaway. Then, when it's over, you head home. No matter how great the vacation, there's just nothing quite like being home again. Home is where you feel safe. Unless your heart stops beating in your sleep while you are lying peacefully in your own bed. Then, perhaps nowhere feels safe anymore. Join me as I testify to how the Lord restored my soul.
