Talent management aims at improving the potential of employees who are seen as being able to make a valuable difference for the organization, now or in the future. Moreover, talent management should improve organizational performance. However, talent management strongly focus on (potential) leaders, which can cause organizations to ‗forget' the other groups of talents that are critical today.
