National capital is crossing borders of the countries and generates the world securities market, in relation to which national markets become secondary. Russian capital market has become global relatively recently, but it is already considered one of the most dynamically developing financial markets in the world, even in spite of such a large scale and severe financial crisis in its consequences. The development of securities market does not lead to disappearance of other capital markets, the process of their interpenetration takes place. On the one hand, the securities market draws capital onto itself, but, on the other hand, it moves capital to other markets through the mechanism of securities, thereby facilitating their development. The scale and importance of the securities market is such that its destruction leads directly to the destruction of economic progress. The book examines the problem of the state and prospects of development of the Russian stock market in conditions of global economic instability. This book is written for those who are concerned with the problems of globalization and integration of capital and real production markets.
