Business has become more international and as a consequence Belgian business contracts are regularly and increasingly being concluded in English. This reference book brings together a number of contracts that are governed by Belgian law but drafted in English. This fifth edition takes into account recent and forthcoming Belgian civil and business law, including Books 5, 6 and 7 of the new Civil Code. Each model is preceded by a short introduction summarising the most salient provisions of Belgian law relevant to that particular contract.
