We no longer go about our daily activities while our mind is crammed with thoughts, images and worries that belong to a different place and in a different time. We can finally observe, feel, listen, taste and be absorbed in our objective reality. Perhaps for the first time we are calm and truly enjoy living in the moment. It is in my full state of mindfulness that I was able to translate my feelings and observations into the short stories collection that appears in this book. It is only when we are fully aware of living in the present time that our life gradually stretches into a rewarding experience. Then we learn to live each day as if it were the last one, counting every single blessing life bestows upon us. I invite everyone to be mindful.
