The field of Endodontics have evolved from use of hand instruments to introduction of advanced rotary instruments. The engine drive nickel-titanium (NiTi) instrumentation improve the efficacy of root canal preparations and thus have become the procedure of choice for modern root canal treatment. Recent developments and innovation of NiTi alloy have made the preparation of complicated root canal system relatively more predictable.
