This was a story that was suppressed at all levels of government to protect the murderers. Survivors, their descendants, and the descendants of the thousands who were viciously massacred have kept this story alive for over one hundred years. It is one hundred years too late for justice, but hopefully, we can learn something about ourselves and our fellow Americans that will ensure we don't visit such depravity upon each other.
