This work, in its second edition, is the extension of a previous publication (Zamaros, 2011) as the culmination of a thought and observational process that spanned over the past 20 years. This process has generated a neat framework that is cross-disciplinary integrating social and cultural studies, linguistics, organizational psychology, eco-nomics, critical sociology and philosophy under one approach, The Relational Approach.
