The book of revelation is a record of seven visions that God gave to John, whom the Holy Spirit providentially allowed to be exiled on the colony of Patmos, nearing the end of the first century. John faithfully recorded each vision. These visions that God gave are insights into the future as it will impact the journey of His followers of earth- the church. The visions are mandated by Heaven to be given to all who are in love with Jesus but have to remain on the earth for a season and face the onslaughts and hate of Satan the archenemy of the Lord Jesus. Jesus is the architect, theme, center, author, goal and instrument to restore all things - to bring it all back. That is why each vision ends with a symbolism of the Advent. In crafting the visions God show that each vision with the exception of the 7th and final ends with the Advent. The key used in the book to mark the end of each vision is a symbolism representing the Second Coming of Jesus. The 7th vision in symbolism is an expansion of the advent and the restoration of all things.
