People are healed, not "cured." Develop an emotional bond and befriend your symptoms. Trust the healing process, not the end result. Healing is a continuous way of living. Explore the depth of your present feelings. Remember that everything we experience as suffering can become healing. Everything has the possibility of turning into its opposite. We need to make a medicine out of the illness itself. We need to be able to die at any moment. But it is more important to decide how to live.
