Marshall Goldsmith es un reconocido autor, conferencista y coach ejecutivo estadounidense, considerado una de las figuras más influyentes en el campo del liderazgo y el desarrollo profesional. Nació el 20 de marzo de 1949 en Kentucky, Estados Unidos. Estudió Economía Matemática en el Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, obtuvo un MBA en la Indiana University Kelley School of Business y un doctorado en la UCLA Anderson School of Management.

A lo largo de más de cuatro décadas de carrera, Goldsmith ha trabajado como asesor y coach de cientos de altos ejecutivos y directores generales de grandes empresas internacionales. Es ampliamente reconocido por popularizar métodos de retroalimentación y cambio de comportamiento en el liderazgo, ayudando a los profesionales a mejorar su desempeño y sus relaciones laborales.
