There are times in our life where we have put ourselves through something... an intense project, a friendship, a relationship, where we dedicated ourselves, we worked so hard for it, and when it is over and done with it, we are still missing a piece to the puzzle. There are times in our life where we wonder why we do not feel complete happiness in this moment. We are continuously searching to find ourselves completely content in the present without worries or fears and we question what we are missing or failing to do or see? We have so much in this life to be thankful for yet sometimes we struggle to wake up every day and say, "I am happy in my body, I am happy in my mind, I am happy in my being, I am happy right now". Our generation, the millennials, have been called selfish, spoiled, "me me me" mentality... yet a survey conducted in 2015 by American Psychological Association titled "Stress in America" surveyed over two thousand Americans over the age of 18 and concluded that the millennial generation has more depression and more anxiety compared to Generation X and the Baby Boomers. How can this be? How can this be if we are so spoiled? If we are so selfish shouldn't we at least be able to make our own-self happy?
