His wife sleeps next to him. He slips her an extra ambien asuring she will stay asleep, not letting her even get a glimpse of his " under the covers " adventures and activities. By day break he is back to his straight male form. Conforming to society, fiting the perfect cookie-cutter mold of what a " real man " should be and do. He has led such a great life of lies. He is one crooked and twisted character. Throughout Roberto's journey he comes to realize that he indeed does have to live this double life. In fear of loosing everything he has. Robert's consciousness is that of a straight male, yet his body forcefully makes him perform his acts. He has the mind of a sex addict. Within his daily life you will see him in just jocks. He does this for his wife, his undertone being that of a gay male.
