Whoever you are, wherever you live, whatever you do, whichever way you perceive life, no matter your ideological or philosophical beliefs, whatever is your political inclination, whichever spiritual practices you uphold, whether or poor or illiterate, rich, or poor, leader or follower, young or old, etc. certain things are mandatory for a meaningful living. If we would live and enjoy life and leave a legacy for those unborn, we must have or experience what I describe as Life Imperatives. They are imperatives because we cannot do without them. They are essential for meaningful life. They are significant things to everyone under the Sun. Life imperatives are the main things we see in life. We cannot shun them. We must embrace them. We must pursue them. We live with them daily. They are the focal point of our life. They are inseparable from human existence. Whether we like them or not, we have to deal with them at a point or in all stages of life. We struggle with them and at the same time we enjoy life with them. They are what make us normal humans.
It is practically impossible to run away from life imperatives. You and I need them from birth till enter into our last earthly house-our graves or tombs or whatever we have. However, when we have this holistic view of what we need in life early or will pass through in life, our life becomes exciting, meaningful, and worth living. Both joy and sadness mean so much to us. Every positive and negative phenomenon and occurrences and incidences become blessings. We live a transcendent life-a holistic life.
