Gil Fremont has taught junior high, high school, and community college courses for twenty-six years, also serving as a soccer coach. He's stumbled into several adventures, including commercial sword fishing and backpacking solo across nine European countries. He's hosted soccer camps across the East Coast, worked in the pool industry, and co-invented an obscure political board game. He's also had articles published in Journal for Christian Educators and Frontline magazines, and led thirteen sports mission trips to Brazil. Motivated by the events described in this book, he got his South Carolina residential contractor's license and has built several homes in Greenville County. He enjoys playing soccer, shooting handguns, and riding horses.
