This book is about my journey as a 63 year old woman moving through life after years of feeling like I'm not good enough. I've lived through, sexual assault, sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, grief, and family estrangements. My story entails my fight to find myself after years of loneliness, depression, and never being enough for anyone in my life. My hopes are that these writings of my struggles will touch you and encourage you to find your peace. I hope it gives you courage to face things head on and to know that in fact You are good enough.
