Many people know about the Advaita Vedanta teachings on the five koshas, sheaths or bodies covering our atman, or highest core self. However, people do not know how to strip off or negate each of the lower koshas to become liberated and attain "Advaita Siddhi," the highest stage of realization of the Self that thereby makes one an enlightened Paramahansa or saint.
