This is a true story of how a family living the "Good Life", overcame a financial calamity by working as a unit to restart their lives, then moving on to future successful lives . The author, life-long entrepreneur and former owner of Valley View Appaloosa Ranch from 1970 to 1981 in Wildomar California, neighbor to better known Murrieta, shares his experiences along with that of his daughter and other family members on the following pages. We also attempt to establish and impart more knowledge on the Appaloosa Breed, its relationship with the Nez Perce Indian History, and the origin and extensions of the breed as it exists today, 36 years later.
