Much efforts has been directed towards developing new gas sensing devices, infrared (IR) detectors, photographic plates, solid state devices, photovoltaic absorbers, solar energy conversion, Infrared Laser detectors, thermo photovoltaic converters, electroluminescence [1-6] using lead selenide constitute structurally and chemically as well defined family of compounds with a great promise for modern application [7] and using the full potential linear muffin-tin-orbital method [8]. Inspite of their usefulness as very attractive semiconducting materials for used in highly resistive thermistor, and used in solar energy conversion devices their detail study about the optical measurement not yet correctly understand in the literature [9] .
