Discover More National Parks: Coloring, Puzzles & Nature Activities (Tinkerwren Explorers) (en Inglés)
Reseña del libro "Discover More National Parks: Coloring, Puzzles & Nature Activities (Tinkerwren Explorers) (en Inglés)"
Eight parks. A world of things to notice. Explore giant trees, rain forests, rock windows, desert plants, underground passages, shifting dunes, and lava landscapes with Tinkerwren. Discover More National Parks invites young explorers to look closely, try a picture activity, and make something of their own. Each park follows a familiar path: discover and color, look and learn, try an activity, solve a picture puzzle, consider an optional Big Explorer challenge, and create. Designed for children approximately ages 4-6 with adult read-aloud support, the book lets a grown-up read the short lessons aloud while a child points, tells, traces, or colors. Start with one idea and explore at your own pace. On paper, explore Sequoia, Olympic, Arches, Bryce Canyon, Joshua Tree, Mammoth Cave, Great Sand Dunes, and Hawaiʻi Volcanoes. Follow rain toward a tree's roots, notice seedlings growing on a fallen log, count rock openings, and compare dune shapes. Every park ends with an open drawing space and a suggestion to help an explorer begin. Find one Tinkerwren in each park scene, then search for five more on a separate hunt page. Picture answers and grown-up guidance are included. The book works on its own; no earlier volume is needed. The 8.5 x 11-inch book has a black-and-white interior and 110 physical pages. Its 50 activity faces have blank reverses; introductory and answer pages use both sides. That total includes 48 park activity faces, a separate hunt page, and an Explorer Award page. Activities stay on paper; this is not a travel itinerary. An independent Tinkerwren publication, not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Park Service.
