All people in the civilized world learn mathematics. They learn what they're instructed to learn. The most docile individuals are praised and in the end awarded academic degrees. The only two questions remain: Is the subject of study, the mathematics itself in the way they learn it, logically correct? And are the classic approaches to teaching or perceiving this science really efficient and explicatory?

In this book I'm just trying to show a view on mathematics that's different from the one that's considered standard, the one that's usually taught. You'll see mathematical structures and mathematical problems from broader or unexpected perspectives. You'll see something interesting, something you've never seen before. You'll learn something new to you; possibly even that something you think you know, because you learned in the past, is actually wrong or very incomplete. And don't worry, you definitely don't have to be a mathematician in order to understand the content of this book and enjoy many parts of it.
