Born out of pain, anguish, trauma and grief, this collection of poetry and art form a complex tale woven over the survival and healing of a suicide attempt and complex trauma, written and drawn over the 14 months from January 2024 to March 2026. It weaves through a series of topics, reminding us all of how we can hurt and heal once more.
