Charlie and his family move from New York City to a rural town in Pennsylvania. It's not easy for the young boy to adjust to such a different way of life in his new community. After all, a change like this is very difficult, and he's had so many fun times and unique experiences back in the big city. Will Charlie be able to overcome this tough challenge?
