Care For Care Full is a collection of writing
inspired by my late night musings during the summer of 2022. While driving in the wee hours of morning, I discovered areas close to my home for the first time. I was surrounded by nothing but the darkness, the nocturnal mammals and the dew on the grass. There was nothing else. No interruptions to distract my creative mind.

This collection includes poetic ruminations about my post-pandemic life. I have rediscovered my value in the workplace and as an artist. I have included several recent paintings inspired by one of our Mastiff's who is currently undergoing chemotherapy for lymphoma. We deeply care for her and while the financial burden is heavy, she lightens our daily burdens with no complaints. She takes care of us, so we take care of her.
