Thomas Piketty (Clichy, 1971) es economista, doctor en Economía y experto en desigualdad económica. Actualmente es jefe de estudios en la École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales y profesor en la École d'Économie de París. Ha publicado varios libros, entre los que destacan El capital en el siglo XXI (2013), Capital e ideología (2019) y Una breve historia de la desigualdad (2021). A lo largo de su carrera, ha sido reconocido con diversos premios, como el de Mejor Economista Joven de Francia y el Premio Yrjö Jahnsson.

Todo bien, se entregó sin problemas y en perfecto estado. El libro es excelente, uno de los mejores textos de economía que pude leer. Describe y explica muy bien la desigualdad en la distribución del ingreso y la riqueza en los distintos tipos de sistemas económicos y cómo funcionan.
