I have tried to express my wiliness to take full responsibility for all the problems in the Churches I have pastored. I realize all Churches have problems and hope this book will help you avoid them or provide a way to make them right. Surrendered to preach in 1980 at First Baptist Church Melbourne Arkansas. Went to school at Southern Baptist College Walnut Ridge Arkansas and NOBTS in New Orleans Louisiana. Was Pastor of eight small Churches one of them twice. Married to Pat for forty years unto her death. Married a widow, Beth and have been with her for five years. I have three children and six grand children and one great grand daughter. Currently living in Arkansas where I am still the pastor of Grace Country Church in Sidney, Arkansas.
