Widowed mermaid actress, Sirena, is drawn against her will to beautiful Bimini Island. On a dive, she finds a link between the mythical Atlantis and Bimini. She and local dive buddy, Blue, guard the discovery. Local construction maven, Mary Grace, needs part of a reef removed to expand her marina and boost tourism. Mary Grace and Sirena are caught in a cat-and-mouse game as Sirena runs from one captivity into the grips of another.
