Reseña del libro "Ancient Art of Shaolin Staff - Book 1: The First 27 stances (en Inglés)"

Written in 1616, "Shaolin Gunfa Canzong" is a comprehensive and extensive publication on Shaolin Staff fighting techniques. Because it was written poetically in classical language, even native speakers will find it difficult to fully grasp his manual. This is Book 1 out of a total of 4, which I will fully dissect every word, and connect every dot, to help you to understand this antique fighting book. As a martial arts practitioner myself, I've written this book for practitioners. If you're an instructor, you may find this book useful in organizing a class in your school, and we can preserve this ancient art together.
