William Harry McRaven (1955) es comandante del Mando Conjunto de Operaciones Especiales del Ejército de Estados Unidos, condecorado con la Medalla por Servicio Distinguido de Defensa y uno de los más experimentados expertos antiterroristas de Estados Unidos.
