Author Randy Chesler's "The Untold Truth About Salvation" takes you on a journey, from Genesis to Revelation, challenging everything you thought you knew about God and the Bible. This controversial outlook explores the real truth behind God's ultimate plan of salvation. Throughout this journey, Chesler takes a look at a lot of scriptures that most people don't notice, or they just breeze right by them. This book examines many common, popular beliefs about God and His plan, and answers a lot of questions about the discrepancies that arise from these beliefs. The ones that keep nagging in the back of our heads. This close look at the Bible is especially helpful when what we are hearing, and what the Bible actually says, just aren't adding up. Chesler has always had a fascination with numbers, so when things aren't adding up it makes him go "Hmm?". And for years, what Chesler was hearing in church just wasn't adding up to what the Bible actually says. The more he thought about it, the more puzzling it became.
