But nothing about this case is as simple as it seems. DEATH OF A LADIES' MAN It starts with a robbery. Three men steal $42,000 from a finance company, and one of them is shot. This event sets the wheels in motion-and proves fatal for Lt. John Horner. Horner has been seeing two women on the side while bucking for a promotion. Captain Kelly is about to reach retirement age, and Horner wants his job so bad he can almost taste it. However, Horner has made some enemies lately. The husbands of the two women both find out the same night that Horner has been seducing their wives while they were on the job. They both want to kill him.
