This is a story about history, faith, the "clash of civilizations", and the unique merging of Christianity and an ancient pagan religion in Iceland. There are valuable lessons to be drawn regarding the current world conflicts between Islam and the Western world. My hope is that it can help us to understand and resolve what appear to be irreconcilable differences leading to global conflicts between the Western World and Islam today. The Democratic Party's support of multiculturalism in the United States was soundly rejected with the election of Donald Trump in 2106, but this by no way means that the struggle to impose Muslim culture in Europe and the United States has ceased.
