As a result, they set up their own businesses, managing them and applying their knowledge, skills and experience, thus fitting into the context of a business entrepreneur, since they are well prepared and academically qualified through their training. However, they stop acting as advisors to set up their own businesses, often in other areas, because they are unaware of the entrepreneurial possibilities that the profession offers them. The study aims to analyse whether the executive secretarial course is training professionals for the job market, their employability, performance or entrepreneurial training, encouraging entrepreneurship as a new professional aspect.
