To avoid misleading his readers, the translator emphatically states in the introduction that he is not a Shakespeare expert or scholar. The advantage of reading or studying poetry from a cross-cultural perspective. 5. The benefit of improving one's bilingual skills while studying poetry. Note: The English version is a reverse translation that is translated from the Chinese version, not directly from the original sonnets.
