The following work has been carried out to provide aid to students and professionals who wish to follow Medicine or any other Healthcare Studies profession in preparing for interviews in their field as well as offer guidance in their development so that they are in the best position to present themselves. Professor George Zafiropoulos is a Senior Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon that is actively involved in Medical Education, lecturing in Universities and continues to practice his profession while constantly keeping up to date with the advances. He has vast experience in managing departments, leading teams and research projects, coaching students and junior doctors, greatly impacting their development while giving them advice for their future careers and overlooking their progress. His abundance of knowledge and understanding allows him to offer his mentored students a head start in their careers as there is more to a professional medical occupation than just skill. His approach has enabled departments to grow and prosper as his work is adopted by departments not only his own, thus building and improving on systems as a whole. His work has reached many parts of the world but has also practised medicine in numerous global locations to continuously improve organisations and positively impact patients' lives.
